There's going to be doubts coming up where you're hesitant because of whatever past issues occurred and you may want to avoid relieving some of those uncomfortable feelings or moments. You might feel that you're not ready for it and know that that's OK. Honestly, we are not fully ready for many of the things that we take on but we do it anyways.

It might be tempting to have a laugh at her own expense or at somebody else’s, but we got to reinforce the great things about ourselves. The jokes, all the put down, the smart aleck remarks need to be kept in check because it ultimately can chip away at person belief in themselves.
